Policies

Overview

This program consists of ten modules identified by the nationally Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) guidelines and an additional module related to Trauma-Informed care. The program takes place over the course of 12 months, with approximately one three-hour module held each month. Between each module, a one-hour group consultation is held to discuss the module topic and to discuss any readings provided. If the participant has elected to pay for this program monthly, payment is due before attendance at the module. Successful completion of this program provided the necessary training and CE’s to qualify for the national Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) certification and designation.

Fees

Clinical Supervision Academy charges $100–400 per individual training. The year-long curriculum is priced between $1,200–$1,800, plus NM gross receipts tax, depending on the number of modules being offered that year. Payments are due before the beginning of each training. Continuing Education Certificates will not be issued for any unpaid trainings.

Invoicing and payments will be provided by PayPal, and payment can be made through the provided PayPal link. Refunds

We understand it circumstances may arise that make it necessary for you to drop out of the program. However, spots in each cohort are limited; after module two, we cannot give your spot to another. If you elected to pay for the entire program in full, you will be reimbursed for the balance of any remaining modules. All modules you attended before your withdrawal are not refundable, and you will have received CE certificates for these completed modules.

If you elect to pay monthly for the program and withdraw before 72 hours from the next module, you will not be required to pay for any additional fees or modules. However, if you withdraw from the program with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be required to pay for the upcoming module. If you missed a training because of a genuine emergency, you may request a partial refund within 7 business days to leandrea@clinicalsupervisionacademy.com. Partial refund requests are decided on a case-by-case basis, and the owner’s decision is final.

Cancellations

There is no penalty for cancellation of full attendance before the second module. However, if you elect to stop attending after the second module, there will be a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one module plus gross receipts tax.
